I repaired the image by using the clone tool. I used the clone tool to get rid of the tear and to get rid of the sprinklers. The clone tool was fairly easy, but it can be hard because the part of the image that you clone can look awkward compared to the rest of the image. You can use the clone tool for repairing images or copying patterns that you want.

Just look at the image. Are you being sucked into the spiral or is the spiral coming out at you.An optical illusion is when an image can be looked at in two or more perspectives. The image can look one way, then if you look at it in a different way, the image can be something else. I created mine by making the background purple, then using the brush tool i made green circles. After that I increased the saturation.

Reflection Questions1. What does a mask do in Photoshop?
2. In masks, what do the colors Red, Black and White represent?
The color red represents the area that is not selected. Black represents the brush color to use when making more of the image not selected. White represents the brush color to use when making more of the image selected.
3. Which tools did you use in mask mode?
The tools I used in mask mode was the white and black brush tool.
4. How did these tools help you to feather your selection?
Those tools helped me feather my selection by making it a better selection than you would usually get by using the selection tools. It also helped by making my selection perfect.
5. What did the adjustment layers do to your image?
The adjustment layers made my images change. It made my image black and white, also darker and sharper.
6. Which did you find easier to make selections - lassos or masks?
The lassos were easier to make selections. But the masks make your selection nearly perfect. So I would most likely use the masks.
